Offer to mow your neighbour’s lawn
Stop to help someone on the side of the road with car trouble
Pitch in and clean up the yard of a neighbour who is ill, has had surgery recently, or has had a family emergency


Throw away your trash and someone else’s after a movie, picnic or visit to a park
