Impact Recording

All microvolunteering activities can be recorded – it just depends on the method most suited to demonstrate that impact has been achieved, be that for inclusion in a CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) report, or just to serve as a visible legacy. Here below are a few methods, some automatic, some more hands-on.

But first, here’s some issues that need to be taken into account when considering which method to adopt:

How many employees will be involved?
Are staff located in-house or do they operate remotely?
What is being monitored – time volunteered, impact stats, or just activity?
Should actions require a login or not?
Are staff volunteering as a group or individually?
Are actions to be offline, online or a mixture of both?
