UK based Project Linus UK aims are:

* To provide a sense of security and comfort to sick and traumatised babies, children and teenagers through the provision of new home made patchwork quilts and knitted / crocheted blankets;
* To give an opportunity for needlewomen across the UK to contribute to their local community.

Create a homemade blanket that gets distributed to children in UK hospitals, shelters, social service agencies, or anywhere that a child might be in need of a big hug. To donate your quilts/blankets you will need to get in touch with your local Project Linus Area Coordinator in the UK, details of which can be found on the website.
