Remember These Children produces a booklet, available on line, which lists each of the deaths of innocent noncombatant children in the current Palestinian-Israeli conflict, since 2000. Remember These Children is working to ensure that no more Palestinian and Israeli children meet a similar fate. It is also working to address the psychological trauma suffered by living imperiled children. Remember These Children asks you to add your voice to the call for an end to the killing of children, for a just peace in the region, for a fair resolution to the Palestinian-Israeli conflict.
To participate, obtain copies of the booklet and distribute them at suitable events. Help others to learn more about the nature of violence against children in Israel/Palestine—by inviting Palestinian or Israeli children’s rights, humanitarian or peace organizations to speak in your community, encouraging a local theater to show a documentary on the subject, or holding a memorial vigil at which the children’s names are read.
You can also participate by writing your elected representatives (contact information for residents of the USA is provided on the website), writing Israeli and Palestinian officials in your country, and writing newspaper and magazine editors.
