World Computer Exchange (WCE) is an education and environment nonprofit organization based in the U.S. and is committed to improving the opportunities for youth in developing countries like Mali, D.R. Congo, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Jamaica, Haiti, Ukraine, Ecuador and Mexico by connecting them to the skills, opportunities and understanding of the Internet while keeping working computers out of landfills.
